Poor Design & Functionality
The Customer website was falling behind competitors due to poor design and functionality access. The difficult to access menu and absence of direct logins implied a bad user journey.
Improvising Website SEO
There was also a need to improve the website as per industry standards and enhance its SEO & core web vitals score. The website had a poor organic ranking; it was extremely difficult to find the website even with a variety of key words.
Facing a Challenge?
What We Did?
Our Customer already had a website operating on Drupal. The website was the main source of lead generation as well as a browsing menu for the available properties. With more than twenty-eight thousand active users, the website provides a complete service – from rent payment to selling and mortgaging of properties.
The Customer was quite clear on what they wanted the new website to be- the design had to be as per industry standards, the SEO had to generate better traction to compete with the increasing competition, and the user journey should have easier flow.
Gathering all this information, we had to design and implement all the changes as per the customer’s requirements. Our technical team came up with a very simple plan- website migration to WordPress, one of the most user-friendly content management systems currently in use.
WordPress would allow the client to manage their website without a dedicated IT team. Moreover, since their major focal point was design, WP would also allow the integration of UI themes they wanted.
The website operated at 31,000 data points including application status, article category, featured property, listing type, management inquiries, property status and tags.
The website now had different portals for prospective tenants as well as current tenants, where the user could engage with functions such as rent payment, viewing resources, or surfing through the listing of available properties for rent or buying.
Search Engine Optimization was executed with the utmost care, which elevated the client’s visibility and boosted their online presence. The website is now featured in the top ten search results for most relatable keywords.
The new website was unrolled in March’ 22, with the client appraising the theme as well as the design of the website. They could now easily edit the content on the website and the user journey was easy to navigate for first time users as well.
On the new website, the users could easily search through the properties and request a call-back as well. Thus, the customer was completely satisfied with our services.
