ADA Cosmetics operates a large-scale digital commerce ecosystem with over five active Magento storefronts, spanning both B2B and B2C segments:

The client partnered with us to conduct a comprehensive eCommerce store analysis and improvement initiative across this multi-site ecosystem. Their Magento-based stores were facing significant usability challenges, including underutilized page elements, slow performance, and conversion bottlenecks due to suboptimal UX/UI.

- Integration of trusted payment methods and Trust signals (e.g., TrustedShops).

- Header/Footer: Streamlined design with quick-access contact tools, banners, and core navigation elements.
- Collection Pages: Added branded category banners, AJAX-based filters, and product attribute icons.
- Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Enriched with collapsible tabs, ingredient visuals, “frequently bought together” logic, and UGC reviews.
4. Functional Features
- Enabled AJAX filtering to allow seamless product discovery without page reloads.
- Integrated review platforms like Yotpo or Judge.me to showcase authentic user feedback.
- Developed personalized product recommendation widgets to boost upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Embedded a live Instagram feed to highlight real-time social activity and increase trust signals.
5. Performance Enhancements
